The AmeriCorps Member Management online course provides the cycle of AmeriCorps program development; includes details of two core grantee responsibilities (leading a member management plan and cultivating strong member experiences); details important record-keeping requirements (especially member file management); and describes the role of State Service Commissions in member management. The AmeriCorps Member Position Description online course explains grantee responsibilities and requirements for member position descriptions; provides components of description and tips for creating strong descriptions; details structure and use of regular review process; and includes three examples (math coach, conservation corps member, disaster response crew leader).
