Jill Graham currently serves as the Acting Chief of Staff of AmeriCorps and Deputy Chief of Staff for Internal Controls. She has more than 20 years of experience in national service. She is an AmeriCorps alum, has led a state AmeriCorps program, and has worked at National Direct.

Graham began her AmeriCorps career in 2013 as a program officer of the AmeriCorps State and National program and then became the GARP lead and the program’s Acting Deputy Director.

Since 2018, Graham has served in the Office of the Chief Risk Officer, where she had a critical role in developing the agency’s enterprise risk management program, streamlining criminal history checks, and leading a full-scale revision of the agency’s portfolio risk assessment.
